What is your favorite restaurant & where is it?
The Cozy Taberna in Salem, Oregon is one of my favorites. I absolutely love the atmosphere and their table-sharing options. It’s a wonderful place to unwind with great friends. The El Greco Lamb Chops are exceptional!
You are on the implementation team, ensuring our customers are set up for success. Can you tell us a bit more about this?
As a part of the implementation team at PointCentral, my key role is to ensure our customers are set up for success. This involves creating their communities and groups, integrating their property management software when needed, and equipping them with the necessary tools to manage their communities effectively.
Beyond the tasks, what I truly value is building relationships with our customers. I participate in regular follow-ups to ensure they’re confident and comfortable with our solution. My goal is to ensure our customers feel well-supported and can fully utilize PointCentral’s smart property management platform to its fullest potential.
What is the mission that drives the Implementation team’s work each day?
Our goal is to equip our service providers with the essential tools and support needed to manage their operations effectively and confidently, enabling them to continue growing with PointCentral.
You first joined PointCentral in 2013. In what ways have you seen PointCentral evolve and grow through the years?
A significant evolution I’ve seen has been the growth of our long-term rentals (LTR) program. The continuous improvements in user interface design and user experience have made the LTR program more intuitive and user-friendly for property managers. Additionally, new access control solutions have been developed to provide more flexible and secure entry options for residents.
What are you most excited about at PointCentral right now?
I am most excited about the continuous innovation and expansion we’re witnessing, particularly within the LTR program. I am excited to see the upcoming growth and development of our software to better support property managers. Belonging to a team that is dedicated to enhancing our solutions and seeing our efforts directly translate into positive outcomes for our customers is incredibly fulfilling.
