What is your favorite restaurant & where is it?
My favorite restaurant is Sense of Thai in Ashburn, Virginia. I have always loved Thai food, and during the quarantine when COVID-19 first hit, I decided I wanted to find the best Pad Thai in the area. I tried about 20 different places, and Sense of Thai is definitely the best. Their Pad Thai is perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness and spice, and the noodles are always cooked to perfection. The ambiance of the restaurant is also fantastic, and the service is great. Recently, they opened up another location in Chantilly, and I can confirm it is equally as good.
You are a Partner Training Associate. In what ways do you help our partners become more well-versed with what PointCentral has to offer?
I help our partners become more well-versed with PointCentral’s offerings by creating educational content on our products and features. This includes eLearning courses and instructional videos available on PointCentral University. We provide comprehensive content not only for our partners, but also for customers, enabling our partners to offer effective support. By ensuring our partners have access to high-quality training materials, we empower them to maximize the benefits of our solutions.

We offer a wide range of materials, from in-depth eLearning courses to concise video walkthroughs. Our content is regularly updated and expanded to include new features and enhancements, ensuring that partners and customers always have the latest information available to them.
Prior to joining PointCentral, you were an educator. In what ways has your background in education influenced the methods or strategies you employ in your role today?
My background in education has significantly influenced my approach to creating engaging instructional content. As an educator, I developed skills in designing curriculum and crafting materials that capture learners’ attention. At PointCentral, I apply these skills to develop clear, structured, and interactive eLearning courses and video tutorials. This ensures that our training materials are both informative and engaging for our partners.

I love PointCentral’s culture of continuous learning.
